Shipping
Your order’s shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
We look to post orders at least 2 business days after order date. If your order is urgent, please contact us and we’ll attempt to meet your needs where possible.
UK Domestic Shipping
All orders are shipped using Royal Mail’s Tracked 24 or 48 hour service. These are fully trackable services with a email confirmation at dispatch.
International Shipping
All orders are shipped using the Royal Mail International Tracked service. A fully tracked service with email confirmation at dispatch.
Order Consolidation - relaxed buying, slow listening.

We’re happy to hold bought records towards a postage bundle. Order consolidation of 5-7 records (up to 2kg) saves multiple postage fees. Anything over will have to be calculated for a new quote.
Damaged goods
We are record collectors ourselves with a combined collecting history of 78 years. We clean & sight value everything & play test anything noted for investigation. We price to sell & the condition is clearly taken into account. Occasionally something might be missed and we encourage you to get in touch.
Our listing code is sleeve / media & illustrative videos are pre-existing uploads. We will state if the video/ sound clip is from the actual record for sale.
Any returns will need to be in the same condition as received.
Depending on the issue we can arrange refunds, exchange or discount.
Lost or uncollected orders
If in the instance a package is returned to us due to going uncollected by the addressee then a further shipping fee will be required. We won't issue refunds for orders in this instance. Similarly, issues arising from an incomplete or incorrect address will require a further shipping fee & orders won't be refunded.
In over ten years of online music retail experience we have rarely encountered lost packages. It is generally accepted that a package is considered lost after 30 days within the UK and 90 days internationally. We ensure our return address is on every package so in most cases they will return to us.
